"I was recently involved in a rear-end collision with a young lady who had Trexis insurance. My vehicle was rendered inoperable and was my sole means of transportation. Consequently, I required assistance from my insurance company, State Farm, and my agent, Courtney Teague, to navigate the claims process with Trexis Insurance and secure a rental vehicle. However, Trexis Insurance subsequently informed me that I had to return the rental vehicle by a specified date, despite my car still being at Myers Ford Collision. I was impressed that the agency’s owner was happy to spend considerable time with me to explain the intricacies and confusion of the Medicare supplement options.
