"Our daughter attended James Madison University. When she moved off-campus we wanted to find renter’s insurance for her. We live in New England and are State Farm customers so we decided to look for an agent in the Harrisonburg area. We found agent Courtney Teague at the Courtney Litchford Agency on Reservoir Street, near JMU. We’ve been with their office ever since. They’ve been a pleasure to work with and have always made the process easy and efficient. Everyone we’ve dealt with there has been personable and helpful. Most recently we worked with Adrian Mills, as our daughter is remaining in Harrisonburg after graduation. Adrian couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with. In short order he created a new policy, emailed it to us and to the property manager all while sharing a personal connection to New England. If you want a pleasant and easy insurance experience we highly recommend this office!"
